AI Lecture Preview | "The Dual Process of Technological Globalization and De-Globalization"
When technology connects the world while simultaneously dividing it, how should we understand the dramatic changes in the global landscape? While the golden era of highly integrated global technology has not yet fully ended, a new wave of "technological de-globalization" is quietly emerging. US-China tech decoupling, localization of critical technologies, technology export controls, national competition in AI large models... global tech cooperation is being restructured, and the boundaries between competition and collaboration are increasingly blurred.
This lecture will provide an in-depth analysis of how "technological globalization" and "technological de-globalization" are simultaneously shaping our world. Through real-world case studies, it will offer insights and strategic approaches for corporate strategy development and individual career advancement.
