TERMS OF USE of Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club Website

The Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club Website ("the Site"), comprising various web pages operated by Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club, is offered to you conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.

Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club reserves the right to modify, at its sole discretion, the terms, conditions, notices, and fees associated with the Site at any time without prior notice.

By submitting content, you grant Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Submissions globally in connection with its business operations. You warrant full ownership/control of all rights to your Submissions. Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club retains the right to remove Submissions at any time.

Tsinghua SEM Alumni Club and its suppliers:

a. Make no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of Site content;

b. Provide all information and services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, or non-infringement;

c. Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use, service interruptions, or reliance on Site content, even if advised of potential damages.Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Site.

These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, irrespective of conflict of law principles.
